In the picture is a dead robber who got fried by electricity while trying to steal cable from a transformer in a neighbourhood along Iju road by Lonlo bus stop. He definitely tried to steal the cable sometime between late last night and very early this morning when he got electrocuted and remained in that position until residents woke up this morning...
